Fueling the future
At the CEO Foundation, we are dedicated to driving impact and purpose by promoting opportunities for the next generation of leaders, innovators, and changemakers. Kids are naturally equipped with glimpses of grandeur and novel ideas. We believe these youthful grandeurs can materialize and their ideas are achievable when armed with resources to realize their visions. We further believe that leadership ought to possess heart. It takes heart to recognize inequalities and it takes an extraordinary leader to evoke meaningful change.

The essence of our vision and mission is centered on furthering education and arts, emphasizing the importance of health and wellness, and promoting positive environmental and social impact.
The CEO Foundation is committed to supporting philanthropic initiatives and deploying capital investments to support a pathway for a brighter future.
We believe this circular economic model allows us flexibility to create tangible experiences to cultivate the minds and hearts of young people while supporting innovation and change for good.
The CEO Nguyen Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that was created as a living legacy for three children – Colette, Edison, and Olivia – who perished in a fire during the devastating 2021 Texas winter storm that left millions in the dark and freezing cold.
The mission and vision championed by the foundation are the same values that Colette, Edison, and Olivia’s mother saw in them, and is the cornerstone of the CEO Foundation.
In the wake of the tragedy, there was an outpouring of support from people across the nation for Colette, Edison, and Olivia’s mother, Jackie Pham. Jackie started the CEO Foundation, in part, to ensure that the funds that were generously donated were responsibly invested back into the community. Her goal is to fund initiatives that promote the foundation’s core values while making investments that will ensure the long term viability of the foundation so it can serve children for generations to come.
