    Jackie Pham

    Founder & President

Not a day goes by that I don’t feel the immense loss of Olivia, Edison and Colette in my life. My journey as a mom started off no different than others. Emerging from the early trenches of diapers and play dates, I began to realize the weight and responsibility of raising these little humans to become good samaritans of a greater collective. While my time with them was cut short, my commitment to them remains through this foundation.

Jackie is responsible for establishing the heart and vision of the foundation, and determining its long-term strategy. Outside of the foundation, Jackie is a recognized finance leader in fintech and earned her MBA from Rice University. Her agility and knack for context have made her successful in driving business transformation, scalable operational growth, and most importantly, developing people. She is passionate about relatable products and meaningful solutions that make the world a better place. Her areas of interest include, circular economics, social innovation, ESG investing, and the optimization of nonprofits.

    Director of Operations

Charlene is instrumental to delivering on the foundation’s philanthropic initiatives, furthering community relations, and maintaining day-to-day operations. Previously, she led business development efforts primarily focused in healthcare and energy after earning a degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University. Charlene is a community leader well recognized for her efforts in support of St. Laurence Catholic School, National Charity League, and Keep Sugar Land Beautiful.

In her spare time, Charlene enjoys taking names on the tennis court and maintaining her 5-star rating as an Uber-mom to her kids, Naomi, Sasha, Priscilla, and Dominic. The Sabonghy kids were close friends and classmates of Olivia, Edison, and Colette, making her contributions to the foundation all the more personal and meaningful.
